very recently, i blogged about my "plans" to diet. plans because i never really got into doing it. i was too busy, or too tired or too stressed or all of those combined to actually go to the gym or deprive myself from food. plus my office friends and i really love food so we end up eating at these really great restaurants(sometimes eating servings good enough for two, yes two.). but until very recently, our clothes started to complain about our frequent eat outs. so now, its time to revisit this again and seriously start on my our diet plan(i cant do it alone hehehe).

Things to do:
  • Eat for one person
    • the challenge here is find the person to be our bench mark
  • Limit dine outs to once a week
    • just so we wont feel deprived and have something to look forward to
  • Cut down on fast food consumption
    • i've already cut this down to twice a week mainly because of my allergy to preservatives but im thinking of cutting it down to once a week.
  • drink more water and limit coffee intake to one cup a day(since my mug is a huge one, half a mug of coffee nalang)
    • pwede na din siguro itong pang substitute ng meals
  • eat healthy food in small frequent feedings
    • high fiber, low fat, low sugar
  • Self control, self control, self control
Stay away from
  • Soda
  • chips
  • fries/hashbrowns
  • burgers
  • processed meat
  • rice
  • white bread
  • chocolates
  • pastries
  • cakes
  • whole milk
  • cream
  • salt
  • oil
  • sugar
  • popcorn
  • butter
  • cream cheese
  • pizza
  • mayo
  • doughnuts

Exercise 

  •  use up gym membership
  • use the fitness ball(from grace and joyce)
  • resume the walking around the Fort activity
  • use the threadmill at home
  • do yoga, pilates and hiphopabs
  • find time to do all of the above

i tried this webbie that iggy mentioned in her multiply blog(www.calorie-count.com). i entered all the things i ate so far - 4pm palang, di pa kasama ang dinner-, and i already exceeded the maximum calorie level to lose weight. pano na yan? may dinner pa ako sa contis later? huhuhuhuhu....

kaya bukas pupunta ako sa gym. kailangan karirin.. or else goodluck sa japan trip ko...
